Maximum performance in difficult conditions
The ZL50HC Wheel Loader is designed to provide the loader performance required. It is specialised to provide maximum performance in heavy duty and difficult conditions.
Engine and Transmission:
Under the hood roars the WEICHAI/WD10G220E21 engine, generating 162kW/2200rpm, coupled with a Planetary Powershift transmission for seamless power delivery.
Drive Train and Axles:
Built with rugged rigidity in mind, featuring rigid front and oscillating rear axles, ensuring adaptability and stability at speeds of 11.5/36 km/h (Forward/Reverse).
Brakes and Steering:
Fitted with gas push oil caliper brakes for service and air actuated caliper brakes for parking and emergency use. The hydraulic load sensing system guarantees precise steering with a steering angle of ±35°.
Hydraulic System:
Operates with efficiency and control through joystick control, offering a flow rate of 220L/min·2200rpm and a system pressure of 16MPa.
Service Refill Capacities:
Ample capacities across various tanks - a 285L fuel tank, 270/275L hydraulic tank (3rd Spool), 20L crankshaft, 46L transmission, and 28L each for the front and rear axles.
