The LG833N Wheel Loader is designed to provide the loader performance required. It is specialised to provide maximum performance in heavy duty and difficult conditions.
Engine and Power:
The WEICHAI/WD10G220E21 engine delivers a commanding 162kW/2200rpm with a maximum torque of 860N·m at 1400-1600rpm, offering ample power for efficient operations.
Hydraulic System:
Operating with a mechanical shift working control, the hydraulic system boasts a pump capacity of 110L/min·2200rpm, a 2-spool control valve, and a system pressure of 16MPa. It demonstrates a cycle time of 11 seconds, ensuring efficient operations.
Drive Train and Axles:
Employing a Planetary Powershift transmission with mechanical control, it boasts a robust transmission system. The rigid front and oscillating rear axles, combined with durable 23.5-25 L-3 16PR TT tires, provide stability and traction. It achieves speeds of 11.5/36 km/h (Forward) and 16 km/h (Reverse).
Brake and Steering:
The equipment features a gas push oil caliper brake with a setting pressure of 0.70-0.78MPa for service, along with air-actuated caliper brakes for parking and emergency use. The hydraulic load sensing steering system ensures precise control with a ±35° steering angle.
